Hi, I’m Sharon Wilson - a Certified Professional Coach, learning experience designer, team development trainer, and stepmom of 26 years.
When I first became a stepmom, I poured my energy into trying to make everything work - holding it together, keeping the peace, meeting everyone’s needs, and hoping that if I just tried harder, things would finally feel easier. But over time, I realized that thriving in a blended family isn’t about managing everyone else’s emotions and needs, it’s about managing your own energy with clarity and intention.
I went from stressed and reactive to confident, clear, and connected - both in my blended family and in my own life.
Being a stepmom has taught me more about energy, leadership, and love than any classroom ever could. Real change didn’t come from fixing others - it came from understanding and aligning my energy to what truly mattered to me. It began when I stopped overthinking what could go wrong and started focusing on what truly mattered to me. That’s when everything began to shift - how I showed up, how I felt, their success and empowerment, and how our family connected.
