I have 30 years of experience working with a wide variety of teams, from small to global teams, and have worked for an even more significant number of leaders. I recognize that it has always been part of my mission, whether my role was as a leader or team member, to find ways to help my team be as connected as possible. I always wanted my workplace to be healthy and empowering because that helped me be at my best.
For that reason, I now help teams become more transparent, connected, and collaborative, resulting in more productive and healthier work environments. I do this through targeted workplace assessments, coaching, and unique training experiences.
