Assessment Debrief: A 90 min personalized coaching session to interpret assessment results and identify actionable insights.
Strategy Coaching Session: A focused coaching session to create a roadmap for immediate leadership growth.
9 Coaching Sessions: Deep dives into key leadership topics, workplace application and coaching, and next steps.
